To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we encourage you to review our policies before making a reservation. These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive experience during your time at Lamplighter Cabins & Suites.

The Lamplighter Cabin & Suites is a locally owned and operated property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.


If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours ahead of time. Early Check in if available with a $25.00 fee.


In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation and you will be charged the full amount.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and airbnb reservations.


All our cabins and suites are non-smoking and a $250.00 fee will be charged to you if anyone in your party smokes inside. You are responsible to wash dishes that you use. If dishes are left you will be charged a $25.00 charge. 


Check-in: 3:00 PM.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.


Absolutely No Smoking Inside


Pet Policy: We accept dogs only NO CATS with a charge of $25.00 per night per dog. Limit 2 dogs. You are responsible for any damage done by your dog which will be accessed by the management and owner of the property. By signing this receipt you are taking any and all responsibility for damages done to the property during your stay. If sheets are ruined you will be responsible for cost of them. If we find an authorized pet you will be charged a $250.00 fee plus will be asked to vacate property with no refund. 


Monthly stays which consists of 30 days must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable.


Guests have to be checked in by 8pm or will not be able to get into room as office is closed. Call ahead to make arrangements. Office hours are 12pm to 8pm mountain standard time. No late checkouts. Late fees are applied if not out by 11am.
